To be honest, this guy repaired the doors in my house and in my parents' house too. I couldn't even imagine that my doors would work like new! It's amazing! Because my parents were planning to change their sliding doors to new ones, it's good that I found out about it and asked him to go to them and see what could be done. A few hours and six door leaves work like new! Contact them, you won't regret it! Masterslide is a super team!

I hired Masterslide to fix a water leak in a sliding door at my property. I was clear from the start that stopping the leak was my primary concern. He assured me that the work he would perform—replacing the wheels, adjusting the door, and cleaning the track—would resolve the issue.
However, after the work was completed, the leak remained. The technician later admitted that he knew the door couldn’t fully stop the water due to structural issues with the way the house was built. Unfortunately, he didn’t inform me of this before moving forward with the work, even though he realized it wouldn’t solve the problem. This lack of communication is a major issue. He improved things I didn’t ask and I’m left with the same problem that was started with.
While he did align the doors, which wasn’t a priority for me, the main problem—the water leak—was never resolved. I wouldn’t do business with him again or recommend him to anyone.
Despite my dissatisfaction, I’ve decided to pay the remaining balance to move on from this situation. I’m very disappointed with the outcome and would advise others to seek out a specialist who can ensure the work addresses your primary concerns.
