My slider had been driving me crazy for months. It got to the point where I had to use two hands and a shoulder just to open it, and my wife stopped using it altogether. We finally caved and went to Home Depot, figuring we'd just bite the bullet and replace the whole thing. The guy there quoted us a number that almost knocked me over plus install, plus disposal, plus permits, plus a wait time of who-knows-how-long.On the drive home I decided to get a second opinion and found Sliding Door Heroes online. William came out the next day, spent about ten minutes looking the door over, and told me straight up: I didn't need a new door, I needed new rollers and a track fix. That was it. He had the parts on his truck, did the work right there, and when he was done the door glided open with one finger. My kid actually laughed because he'd never seen it move that easy.I'm so glad I didn't let Home Depot talk me into tearing out a perfectly good door. William saved me thousands and a whole lot of headache. If your slider is acting up, do yourself a favor and call this company first.

After being quoted thousands to replace my sliding door, William came out, diagnosed the issue, and was able to repair it on the spot by replacing the rollers and cleaning up the track. I am thrilled with this company. This morning I opened my sliding glass door and then it would not shut all the way. I made an appointment through their website for this afternoon. The gentleman showed up on time. He showed me the problem and told me how much it would be to fix. He was able to fix it and it works better than ever.I highly recommend this company!
