They changed my doorknobs on a few of the doors in my home, it was a simple and cheap process. No hassle and was able to get in direct contact with the guy who was working on it while I was away. Great service all around.

Very bad customer service, and even worse, the contractor didn't even show up after I spent lots of time discussing the project over the phone. No call/no show on the day of service.
