FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. I’ll always give you a clear estimate before starting. Discounts are available for long-term clients or multiple projects, and I’m happy to work within your budget whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple! First, I’ll ask a few questions about your project so I can recommend the right dumpster size. Then I’ll give you an upfront quote — no hidden fees. After that, we’ll set up a delivery time that works best for you. When your dumpster’s full, just call me and I’ll pick it up quickly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a variety of customers, including homeowners looking to modernize their kitchens, real estate investors renovating properties for resale, and small business owners updating commercial spaces. I focus on understanding each client’s goals and delivering high-quality results that fit their style and budget.
