Jacob Electric LLC provides honest, transparent, and competitive pricing for residential electrical work. We provide detailed estimates so homeowners understand exactly what is included before any work begins. Pricing depends on the size of the project, materials required, permit requirements, accessibility, and the overall complexity of the installation or repair. We do not believe in hidden fees or cutting corners. Our goal is to provide safe, high-quality electrical work that delivers long-term value and reliability. Financing options are available to help make electrical upgrades, panel replacements, EV charger installations, rewiring, lighting upgrades, and other home electrical projects more affordable and manageable for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically starts with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and project scope. We then review plans, site conditions, and electrical requirements before preparing a detailed estimate or proposal. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, permits, inspections, and project timelines. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication, provide progress updates, and ensure all work is completed safely and according to code requirements. Final testing and walkthroughs are completed before project closeout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed electricians with extensive field experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. We stay current with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing training and continuing education. Our experience includes electrical troubleshooting, service upgrades, tenant improvements, lighting systems, equipment installations, maintenance, and new construction projects.
