I found All City Electrical to overall be very professional. They were quick to respond to messages via the app and text. The initial installation of the exterior outlet I requested was disappointing. The tech did not have a cover for the outlet, and suggested how I could ‘clean up’ his work on my own. When the Yazmine saw the initial work, she saw immediately that it was subpar, and was quick to apologize. She immediately did everything in her power to fix it quickly and correctly. I am very pleased with the final result and her professionalism.

Did a great job on installing a backyard electrical outlet. The project got a little more tricky than expected but they went and got the needed parts and completed the job at no additional cost. Would use again.

I had circuit breaker burn out almost caused a fire. Had someone else come on emergency call. When they left they told me I would need to rebuild or replace my whole panel. Ruben from All City Electrical came and looked at it. He told me it was fine. It's nice to see there are still some honest people left in the world. I called Ruben' s boss and let him know how pleased I was. Any electrical issues I have from now on I will be calling All City Electrical.
