J&J IT & Electrical replied to the project request quickly and provided an overall good service. The project was a remodel that needed electrical fixtures updated. This included retrofitting recessed lighting, new light switches/outlets/covers, and installing new fixtures. The overall work quality was decent and the project took about 3 days to complete. The only complaint was a no-show on one of the days without any prior notice. They were dealing with an issue at another job site, which is completely understandable, but it would have been more accepted if it was communicated clearly. We received no phone call, text, or Thumbtack message explaining the reason until late that afternoon. However, the work was completed promptly the following day.
