We were given a quote for work to be done on our house to install 3 outlets and 2 mini splits connections. We accepted the quote and after 3 rescheduled appointments, (one was our request) Michael finally showed up to start the job. As customers, and not electrician ourselves we expected for him to be an expert in his field. When he completed the job, one outlet kept tripping causing our refrigerator to stop every 10 minutes. When we called him he said it was our fridge that was the problem and he would have to change the outlet. Another electrician that came after Michael told us this is something any electrician should and would know was going to happen with the switch he installed. He made it seem like coming back out here was a great courtesy, when he knew what we were going use that outlet for in the first place. That was on him to know what outlet would work or not work. That’s not our fault. He’s supposed to be the expert. When installing the outlet for the mini split the quote was for a new outlet and instead he changed an existing one to 220. The problem was the cord for the mini split was too short to reach the outlet he used. He should have seen this was going to be a possible problem as he opened the mini split box to look at the unit. No expertise used here, and no attention to detail either. I ended up contracting another electrician to fix what he did and did not do DO NOT USE HIM FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL PROJECTS OR WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY
