- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have several defferent size system with add on opptions, so the price would depend on the customers choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a customer contacts us we email them a short questionair, we use their answers to create and send them an invoice from PayPal, once the invoice is paid the reservation is guaranteed. If the customer does not belong to PayPay all they need to do is choose the credit card option. The customer is than given a direct number for renters only so the can contact me at any time to discuss any aspect of the rental.
