Optima Details epoxy-coated the garage floor in our newly built home. I got multiple bids and even though theirs was not the lowest, I chose them as I was impressed by Sabrina's friendly and courteous communication, customer orientation, responsiveness and follow-up. Even before I committed to work with them, she and Ronnie made a special trip to our home to show us various color samples that helped us make the final selection. They were very flexible in scheduling as we had to wait several weeks until we closed on the house. Ronnie and his helper, Alvaro, arrived on time and completed the job on the same day within a few hours, taking just a short break for lunch on a very hot day. They left the work areas spotlessly clean after they finished. I was impressed by their quiet efficiency and work ethic. I would highly recommend contacting them for epoxy coating projects.

Great experience from beginning to end! They did a nice job answering questions. Showed up on time. You could tell the guys were very detail oriented and wanted the job to be perfect! Before and after pictures show how transformational this was. Only regret was not getting it done sooner.
