Introduction
I teach both art and yoga classes, and do face paintings, murals, and surfboard art!
It may seem like a lot, but I love Art in all its different forms and when you are working on something you love, it hardly seems like work at all.
I have been teaching art for over 15 years now, 10 of them in public elementary schools. I have been background checked in fingerprinted in three Florida school districts, so you know I can be trusted to work with your kids!
Yoga has transformed me in many ways - it helped me overcome anxiety and bouts of depression, helped heal a knee injury, corrected my posture, and helped me stay present. It has also gotten me in shape, but that is a "side effect". I did my yoga teacher training in 2016, and also got certified in kids' yoga, aerial yoga, and yoga for trauma/PTSD. I have taught in studios, schools, and even at the VA!
I love working with people and helping my clients become their best selves through the use of yoga, art, and meditation. It is always gratifying to see someone heal from trauma, injuries, and other ailments using these tools!

Glaucia was an excellent yoga teacher for our private session! We had a family reunion in Kissimmee and she came to our AirBnB and did a yoga session outside by the pool. She did a special yoga class for the children first and then a separate session for the adults afterwards. This was the first yoga experience for a couple of my family members and they loved it! I highly recommend Glaucia!

Glaucia was so kind and joyful throughout the entire experience. She had her hands full with so many children in line but still made a point interact with them and give them a great experience. Her designs are amazing and her art work was on point! Perfect person for any party needs!

Probably the best class I've ever attended. Glaucia, has a smooth practice. She holds the poses just the right amount of time l, keeps your heart rate up and your breathing slow. She tailors each class to her students needs, and takes requests to ensure everyone gets the best practice possible. She has a very great and powerful natural aura around her. You can instantly tell how passionate she is about yoga. I'm hooked!
