Knowing Michael for many years, he's always been a kind hearted, goal driven, motivated man. At a young age he accomplished many things and as a personal trainer for me for about 3 months, I've seen changes and also progress with my body and my trainer. Very nice and makes working out a real experience.

This guy really makes the effort to give you exactly what you need to be able to destroy problem target areas and also keeps you highly motivated. The best thing is that mike continues to keep you focused and constantly checks in with yo to make sure your following programs as well as refraining from bad eats.

TotalBodySports has taken my game to a whole nother level. It has made me faster and more explosive as well as helping me become more healthy, increasing my aerobic capacity, and helping me become more shredded. TotalBodySports has helped me become the most shredded and one of the fastest people on every team I play for, and I'm a lineman. The work I've put in over the past couple months with TotalBodySports helped me become a starter on varsity as an 8tg grader and even got me on SportsCenter top 10. I would highly recommend TotalBodySports to anyone looking to take their game to the next level and willing to put in the work for it.

It really is something truly amazing when you find someone who is passionate about helping you reach your goals. I've worked out with trainers in the past but with Michael I have seen the most results. He creates a very fun yet professional environment which has helped me shed the pounds and more importantly keep them off!!!
