Exceptional doesnt begin to describe the service that this company offers. My journey started with taking apart my treadmill trying to find a squeak under the advisement of the internet. I reached a point where I thought it was so deconstructed that no one could help and it was beyond repair. My first contact with Jerry made me feel at ease that my problem could be solved. Keith, our technician, was absolutely heaven sent. Put it back together better than original, found the cause of the original squeak (which the internet was no where close to finding) and went through and tightened and repaired anything he found that was put together incorrectly. Seriously, if you are in talks with another company, cancel and go with these guys. You will not regret it!

Relocated my treadmill in the house and it wasnt working no matter what we tried. Called on a Saturday and had a return call first thing Monday - answered the questions and he was kind and thorough in managing my expectations for the diagnostic visit we set. Today was the appointment and Keith (tech) called to let me know he would be at the house early and I ran out of the office to meet him. He was communicative, thorough, educational, knowledgeable and very efficient. DEFINITELY recommend this company and Keith and have already set a reminder for annual preventative maintenance (he took pics of my equipment, model # etc to help with future appointments) & I flagged them as my preferred treadmill vendor! Excellent on all fronts!!! Many thanks gentlemen!!!!

Keith was exceptional!!! I was very impressed with the extra effort he put into fixing my elliptical. He went above and beyond by not only fixing the part that was broken, but also in making sure everything was cleaned up and a fresh bit of grease was added where needed. Hes also very nice and fun to chat with.
