Daniel Davis says, "This is kind of a long one but TLDR we had an absolutely fantastic experience with Chilly Billy with a shout out to Juan.When we noticed our AC going out we had originally called a different company to help us. Their technician took a look at our AC pump and told us it was faulty and that he would find a pump from another technician and install it over the next few days. We waited a few days until our dog about had a heat stroke at whivh point we decided we couldn't wait anymore. We had just seen Chilly Billy advertisement on a pickup truck and after some research decided to give them a go.The technician, Juan, came out an hour earlier than they had said they could come up and looked at the pump for himself. He took it apart and after playing around with it some he explained to us that the pump was functioning perfectly well and we actually had a clog which he promptly took care of. The whole thing was done in less than in hour which was crazy considering the other company couldn't do it after a matter of days. For us, Chilly Billy's work was a stunning example of professionalism where they were obviously better than their competition in several different ways. Thank you for the work and we will be turning to you guys for all of our AC related needs on the future!"See more
