- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I pray that they see that I am extremely compassionate about servicing them, but one thing I wish they knew is outside the service, as a professional, pricing is based on quality. Some clients get outraged at professional pricing, but you have to consider the professionals experience, consistent training, credentials, how much they invested in product to service you the client and many other assets. If a professional works hard at being their best for clients they've never met, then I think they're worth every penny!
