Ivan and his team did a great job. Gate was installed. Then they were able to hop on the next project of restoration of my driveway and porch then sealed it. I recommend their services.

I would recommend Atlantic Construction for a few reasons. First rapid response to my inquiry, I was lucky enough that they was close by already and could make a service call same day. They are they ONLY company who do not nickle and dime you with a service call fee, just to come out. Pleasent, knowledgeable, good work, professional. I have many projects around the house and I will be using Atlantic Construction.

Needed 6 windows re calked. Ivan came the next day gave estimate and the work was completed the same day . His subcontractor James Sonderosiers did an excellent job. I watched him remove all old calking and he even found one window had only concrete-no calking. He remedied this by creating a fine line around the frame than filled it with calk. Very clean looking calk lines. I am very happy and believe no water should penetrate my windows nor AC escaping anymore. The price was comparable to others but I opted for this company since Ivan also pointed out other improvements that are now on my bucket list.
