FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70-$90 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, plus a $25-$50 call-out fee for on-site visits. Parts are priced separately and always discussed in advance. There are no hidden fees, and I focus on fair, upfront pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ve worked with homeowners, renters, students, remote workers, and small business owners - anyone who values fast, reliable repairs and honest service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First, I gather details about the issue (make, model, symptoms, photos if possible). Then I explain available options, pricing, and timing. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently, test everything thoroughly, and provide updates until the job is finished.
