He was polite, showed up on time, and didn’t charge me, which I appreciated. But this job clearly needed a licensed plumber. He couldn’t find the main drain and only brought a 50-ft cable, which wasn’t enough for the size of my home. He didn’t pull the toilet, and the advice he gave me to call the county wasn’t helpful at all. I hired a plumber the next day who knew exactly where the drain should be based on the bathroom’s location and fixed it quickly. I also couldn’t reach him afterward, even though he told me others could call him with questions. When I asked why he didn’t pull the toilet, he stopped responding altogether. He was nice, but the experience just wasn’t professional or thorough.
