Ramiro is indispensable to me. He assists me with my rentals and has greatly improved my primary residence. Being a landlord sounds glamorous but it features many headaches. Ramiro has taken my headaches away. To be able to call on ONE individual and have that individual 'DO IT ALL' is a strong testament to Ramiro's skillset. He is efficient, fast, a perfectionist, possesses a strong work ethic and always does a superior job. He is a 'CAN DO' individual. No job too small or too big. Ramiro is indispensable to me. He is efficient, fast, a perfectionist, possesses a strong work ethic and always does a superior job. He is a 'CAN DO' individual. No job is too small or too big. A 'Jack of all Trades'. He has worked on my house for a few years. He has remodeled my older home (e.g. Kitchen, Baths, Flooring) and made it the envy of my friends. He has also enhanced my property with additions and many improvements (e.g. firepit). Ramiro possesses vision and a keen eye on what will make the property 'POP'. Who needs a decorator when Ramiro can do it all.

We agreed on the work needed and the start date, he was at my house on time and finish the job within the time he had set. He is an amazing worker, he doesn’t cut corners, and it’s very reasonable and professional. I would recommend him anytime.

Ramiro was informative and reliable. I’ve relied on Ramiro for several months now. He handles all my short term rental installations. I can’t say enough about him but here are a few; trustworthy, reliable, on time all the time, experienced and does amazing work. And he is quick!!! Doesn’t leave the job till it’s done. The guy works hard! Mostly works on his own.
