Highly Recommend Hector with Samste General Contractor!
I had a fantastic experience with Hector from Samste General Contractor. He responded to my initial inquiry incredibly quickly, within just 15 minutes, and was at my house to assess the gutter that had fallen off within 1.5 hours – talk about prompt service!
Hector provided a clear quote for the gutter repair and mentioned he'd return with a 20' ladder to complete the job. As he was leaving, he also noticed some stucco damage on the front of my house and offered a quote for that as well. I had another company coming for a stucco estimate, and their quote ended up being significantly higher and they were late for their appointment.
I didn't hesitate to call Hector back, and he was able to come the very next day to fix the gutter and complete the stucco repair. The quality of his work on both was excellent. We then waited a couple of days for the paint to dry, and he returned to expertly paint the repaired stucco.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of his work. He clearly knows his stuff and goes the extra mile. It's also great to know he handles other types of contracting work. I will definitely be keeping Samste General Contractor in mind for any future home repairs and highly recommend their services!

They can improve in the future by not walking off the job, not breaching the contract. I have a quote for X amount and it’s supposedly includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms when we only have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and I receive no deduction from the deletion of the existing room. They could stop leaving paint all over the tile floor and not cleaning it up upon completion., they could actually be appreciative or respectable to the person that’s hired them for this job. I politely asked for them to wear the shoe covers and they decided to just take their shoes off and then the second day they just kept her shoes on against my preference, they could not use the bathroom in the master bedroom, which is private and sanitized, but they did and when I showed it to Hector, he said nobody went to the bathroom here and then I said I don’t pee standing up. This is the worst pain job I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I worked in construction since 1992. My neighbor came over and she said the job was appalling and that’s quite the understatement. They kept bumping into me at my work desk on purpose., they broke a glass candle and didn’t bother to apologize for it or clean it up or offer me 10 bucks or something off of the total. They demanded their second half of payment on the third day shortly after they began and there was no way that this job would be completed in one day so I told him I would be happy to pay him as soon as the job is complete. He said he wasn’t gonna paint the ceilings, even if it was included in the proposal and then I could hire him on another date to do that and they all walked off the job. So now I’ve got a $1400 in paint and other materials that I have wasted for nothing and will have to find a true professional to actually paint the interior of this house which means I have lost the first deposit payment and the materials money. He’s got his dad working for him and two other guys. They got paint on my drapery, and they left a rubber compound pieces of it, stuck in the utility sink in the laundry room, which would not be a great thing to go through to remove that. Can you imagine all that gunk built up in your utility sink? I think that’s enough for now, but let me attach some photos.
