Genildo did a quality paint job for us and floor installation for my family in our home which helped improve the curb appeal. Genildo replied to me quickly and was on time to meet me to discuss the project. He was quick to get back with an estimate and started the project on time. He removed old siding and soffit and replaced as well as repaired some of the fascia, then painted it all. He/his team did excellent work, my house got a much needed facelift. He also let me know along the way of issues he saw to ask if repair should be made. He was excellent about communication along the way. I would recommend him and his team.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first of all it is very important to pay a visit to the client's house and introduce myself to him and what i do, showing that he is ready to meet the client's needs, being cordial and friendly, consequently verifying the problem and explaining his budget over time of execution of the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i graduated in civil engineering for 7 years in my country of origin brazil, and i work this carpentry job for a few years, giving enough experience to perform my job with safety and authority.
