FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After responding to a request I like to talk to the customer via phone, email or text to make sure I have all the information I need and bring all required tools. During that initial conversation I like to get a feel for their sense of urgency regarding the project and work around their time frames with realistic estimates.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience running 200 person crews from all trades for commercial projects like Disney hotel renovations, I've worked with some of the wealthiest people in the country in a portfolio of over 100 $5.5M+ homes, as well as the next door neighbor, and my friends grandmothers. My customers have been as varied as the type of work I do. The only thing that remains consistent with the varied group I have worked with is the level of customer service, quality, and respect I bring to the project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My biggest piece of advice would be to do your research! There is tons of information at your fingertips to help get pricing guidelines. I would just search google for "mailbox installation costs" for example and a national average price, or a price based on your zip code is right there. That is the best way I know of for a homeowner to put things into perspective and compare the quotes you receive based on that. You wouldn't buy a new car without doing your research first so why not take a look at what kind of deal your getting with your home repairs as well? Thats a great way to put the bargaining power in your hands and make sure you have realistic expectations before you even receive a quote!
