- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bathroom remodeling are based on complexity and upgrades. Floors start at $1.50 sf for floating floors, $1.85 sf on basic sizes. $2.00 for wood grain tile and so on. All of our Kitchens are all wood and their price varies by style and kitchen size. Granite counter top prices are based on the stone chosen, and counter top square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to know what our customers are trying to accomplish and assist them on getting there. I meet with our customers and once I know what they want I give them a detailed estimate explaining the full process of the job we are about to perform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This company is a family owned company, some of our family members started as long as 20 years ago doing remodeling, painting and other skilled labor, last year (2016) we decided to work together and provide a full service to our customers.
