First, I start with a brief consultation to understand the customer’s needs and preferences. Then, I usually request photos or schedule a visit to evaluate the space and provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the project details, I schedule the work, explain the step-by-step process, and keep the customer informed throughout. My goal is always to deliver clean, high-quality results and a smooth experience from start to finish.

My training comes from years of hands-on experience and learning directly from skilled flooring professionals. I’ve completed specialized training in stair installations, subfloor preparation, and working with different types of wood and vinyl materials. This practical knowledge has helped me deliver high-quality results and handle a variety of project types with confidence.
