- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Site visits are $80/hr to have a tech assess the issue — you'll be able to go over everything in detail with them while they're there. After that, give us 24–48 hours to put together your pricing. We're competitive and typically come in below the average company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your needs, then a site walk or scope review. From there we send a detailed quote, schedule the work, and handle installation start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are BICSI-certified (Installer 2, Optical Fiber) and OSHA 10/30 certified. We continue ongoing training through BICSI and industry manufacturers to stay current on cabling, fiber, and security systems.
