- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical Services - $50 On-site consultation fee will be waived if hired. TV Mounting-Our pricing is based on what we are doing, ie. mounting tv, concealing wires inside the wall, adding an outlet behind the tv, supplying the materials such as mounts and in-wall rated hdmi cables. If the location can not have cables concealed in-wall a cord cover will be used and the installation will fall under basic installation pricing. Product Pricing- We are authorized dealers for most mid-high end electronics. All purchases from us are fulled protected by the manufacture and they also control the pricing of their products. We do not up-charge any products we sell.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TV Mounting- We ask a few questions in order to give the most accurate up front price. 1. What size tv? 2. What type of wall? ie. Brick, Masonry, Plaster, Drywall, Metal Studs, Wood Studs, etc.. 3. Do you have a bracket or need one? If you need one, what type - flat/tilt or articulating full motion? 4. Do you have all wires or need them? I will ask for a photo of wall to be mounted on. Once I have the information needed I can give them an exact fixed price. I hate up sells and overage charges. I like upfront pricing. I never leave a job until a customer is 100% satisfied. Home Theater- We offer free in-home consultation for all new projects. To assure we a good match with our clients we do have a upfront charge for all 3D renderings for the project. That cost will be applied to the total project if the client decides to move forward with the project. Smart Home- All in-house consultations is free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Upon completion of the project we educate all our clients on the use of any product or service purchased from us. We will do out best to educate clients on customer provided equipment.
