The team arrived promptly for the appointment and were very thorough and timely in the cleaning, working on all the asks I had discussed with the estimator. They were friendly and addressed my area of concern upon inspection. Communication via text was great and works for my style. I was fine to have the estimator come over as this was a first time visit and to get the job accurately quoted. You do need to complete a deposit and final payment upon completion of the job day of - which is fair considering todays world. This wasn’t fully discussed when the estimator was there but Annie verified and cleared the ask. Would recommend!

Most cleaning went well, but bathroom floor was so sticky I had to reclean it. Clumps of lint were left on my carpeted stairs and I had to pick them up by hand. Also the focus on money and payment was ridiculous. It made me feel like she thought I was a thief. Would not use this service again.

Your cleaning was done over a week and we made many attempts to follow up with you to see how you liked the cleaning and you never responded. If you were not fully satisfied with the cleaning, I would have sent the team back to Redo any area necessary. We are not perfect and for that reason we have this policy in place. As for the money, all we ask is that you complete payment to the ladies before they leave your home the day of the cleaning. As any other business, we expect payment when the job is completed. Communication with the office was quick and easy(via email). The team showed up within the time quoted. They went to work right away. Our home is a lot cleaner than when they arrived. We have agreed to routine maintenance visit as well.

Initially, loved them. But then…. All of my soaps were being watered down. Started marking them with a permanent marker to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind. Brand new bottle of specialty liquid detergent (expensive) almost completely gone. I guess they were filling their own bottles. Talked to the owner…. Never heard from them again.;( Used them almost 2 years.

Hello Royal! I’m sorry sad to see this review from you today. I last talked with your wife directly via text in February and please know that we did respond and actually never heard back from her. Your wife was extremely kind to us and we always appreciate her being so sweet. We did address the ladies to make sure that they would only use our products as soon as your wife informed us, however they used a few times while washing your sink and we did apologize and offered to replace the dish soap. I can assure it was not intentional and I truly thought Ms. Nicole was going to get back to us since she always expressed loving our work and the ladies. 1st we schedule a FREE walk through so we can meet and go over your cleaning needs, then provide the client with a precise quote according to the size of the house and how often. If clients decides to hire my services we would schedule a day and time of their convenience for the cleaning.
