Marcia and her husband were incredibly professional. Before booking, Marcia kept consistent contact with me, and sent me confirmation messages. She discussed her license with me, legality issues such as a complaint hotline, obtained an emergency contact from me, and even left me a checklist. They arrived on time, finished on time, and left my house spotless, using basic cleaning remedies. I had the house professionally cleaned when I first bought it, and Marcia left it cleaner than when it was first vacant. I will definitely be calling them back. Thank you, Marcia!

It was a wonderful experience, much better than previous companies. Marcia showed up on time and we did a walk through. She is very friendly and you can tell she loves her job. My home looked wonderful and smelled very clean. I look forward to her coming back.

Monica is a lovely, experienced woman. She is licensed as a senior helper (cleaning, food, driving, not personal care) and bonded. Her prices are reasonable and her work is excellent. She brought her own equipment for cleaning and I have scheduled her for my next cleaning. She has an extensive background in financial work and she is growing her own business.

My husband and I had gone to lunch. They were in the front yard when we arrived home. Very punctual. Got to work after we agreed on price and found out one of her helpers had an allergy to dogs. I had omitted telling them I had a dog. (extra $25.00 and she held her ground on that). Had a young man with her that she is hoping to sell her business to and he was in training. He did a great job and she did a great job. House is cleaner, smells cleaner, and I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with her.

I meet with the customer either in person or via the phone, to assess their needs, likes and dislikes. I take detailed notes. I maintain a database of customer information so that I can provide personalized service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained a project manager and business analyst and hold a bachelor of science degree from the University of Central Florida. I have a keen attention to detail, very organized, personable and a professional.
