100% Best service I’ve ever experienced. Right on time, very mannerable. It is hard having to work 12 hr shifts 6days a week and try to keep up with cleaning, and coming home to a newly cleaned home is stress relieving! Thank You Again International Cleaning Services !

I was excited to work with this company. I was strapped for time, in a foreign country and their responsiveness and willingness to work with me was appreciated. On this, they did well. The actual execution did leave something to he desired 1) I paid to have the front and back yards cleared of leaves and the whole front yard was not cleared. Part of the front of the house were ignored because they were on the side front. This ended up costing me more in HOA fees than the service charged. 2) I shared that the bags of leaves could be left for pickup and that would be no problem. Except, the bags that we're left behind were so heavy that it took two people to lift them and they were not picked up by regularly scheduled yard waste pick up. 2b) after yard waste refused to pick up the bags, I reached out to the company and they said that they would come to pick up the overweight bags the next day. It's now been a week and no one has come. They've also stopped responding to messages. 3) my backyard is fenced in and light run along the full fence including the gate. When I returned, my tenant let me know that the lights stopped working the night after they cleaned the back yard. Upon further inspection the cord was snagged at the gate, likely accidentally by the person doing the work done. This also set me back a decent amount to repurchase the lights.
