We recently moved into our new place and the cleaning service we were using no longer serviced our area. We were referred to the parent company and they wanted to charge us a much higher price we felt was just not worth it. In search of a new company I came across Lau and boy are we glad I did! The quote came back in minutes and within the hour I had all the information I needed and the cleaning was booked for the same week. The team was punctual and hustled without missing a thing. They were very friendly with my puppy who is just as over the isolation of this quarantine as the rest of us. Most exciting to me and my husband was how detailed the cleaning was. We were left floored with how they moved items on shelves to dust and the nice little touches that were left behind like hotel style folded towels. I felt horrible using the bathroom once they left; I didn’t want to disturb a thing. When it came time to pay it was exactly what was quoted. I wish we hadn’t spent the three years we’ve been living up here paying for subpar service. I will never let this company go! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and I got a text asking if they could come around 8 which was still great for me. They were on time, professional and got straight to work. They were done cleaning in less than 3 hours and everything looks amazing! I would certainly use them again.
