Booked Maddy Maid for a deep cleaning and there was an apparent mis communication since they sent someone else to clean on their behalf. The person that was sent did a great job in the two bathrooms and the kids room don’t ask me about any other rooms because it was apparent she picked and chose what to clean. I was quoted 350 dollars for a deep clean that included high dusting, low dusting, baseboards, windows, doors, fans, vents, refrigerator, stove/ oven, microwaves and floors. The only things done were the low dusting to some extend since some counter tops were not touched in the kitchen, and the fans. Everything else wasn’t done. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves I ended up paying 150 dollars for a third of what needed to get done. The intention of my review is to ensure that the owner of this company takes this feedback and is able to better handle situations like these in the future in order to gain long term customers.
