We offer flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Every quote is based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning required, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for. For new Orlando clients, we’re currently offering $50 OFF your first clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your home and priorities — whether that’s a deep clean, move-out, or recurring service. Once we agree on the scope, our vetted cleaning team arrives with all supplies ready. Before starting, we do a quick walk-through to confirm important areas. At the end, we do a final walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are professionally vetted and trained in both standard and deep cleaning techniques. We also provide ongoing training on safe chemical handling, customer service, and attention to detail — so you get hotel-quality results every time. Maid New Cleaning also carries liability insurance, giving you peace of mind that your home is protected while we’re on the job.
