- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price: really fair. Our discount: the most extras you choose and the lower the dirty levels, the higher is the discount. Our fee: a security deposit* for scheduling purposes. This will be come off to the whole amount the day of our service. *Half of the total amount. An increase would be applied if dirty and disorganized levels are higher than estimated. We don’t hope so!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don’t only respond quickly 💨 we contact you directly to your phone number by text 📲 We make the process faster than all the others companies 🏃 YES, less than 10 MINUTES is enough to concrete our appointment* ⏰ 😃 We ask some questions about the service is being needed and after the quick responses of our customer we’ll give them all our details to concrete our final appointment 🗓 We’re totally sure you’ll be impressed with us!!! 👍🏼
