Introduction: I come in and clean homes, remove all debris in and out side of homes. I fully clean top to bottom of your home, providing color-coded sponges. I will take inventory of home and provide it to the owner, bank, etc. for things that may be damaged (holes in wall, door knobs, etc.) I take up to 35 pictures before and after cleaning, also to be provided to the owner. I do lawn service after finishing, and make sure that there is no debris or trash left. I as well, will do a maintenance clean every month there after until sold or otherwise. I use three color- coded sponges, take photos of cleaning areas, such as kitchen, bathroom, and dusting. I provide plug-in room deodorizers and change out every month. Each time I go, I take enough pictures and proof of clean as well on the monthly maintenance clean. More people are inclined to buying a home that is kept up, that gives them a better view of what they would like to do to the home, seeing a clean yard also will give them a better view on how they would want to fix up their own yard up, without garbage or debris. In most cases, a dirty filthy home is not going to please a client. First impression is always best!
