So our first of all wanna start out by saying that I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist so I was a little skeptical of how this would all go, but I cannot say enough about my experience. But exceeded my expectation in every way.
From first contact through text and phone calls with Danilo and Kaio who answered all my questions and even found me flooring that fit my needs. I was looking for eco-friendly no voc flooring and not only did they have it, but they had a color that matched my staircase!
On the day of my install Thiago and Mauro showed up on time with all the materials needed and the tools to do the job. They were polite and professional. They worked very hard and did a magnificent job installing my new flooring! Both very nice guys and we appreciated that they took the time to clean up after. I’m not one to write reviews, but in this case it was necessary because I wanted everyone to know how wonderful this company is.
I gave them five stars!!!

Danilo contacted me less than 5 minutes after I sent my request on Friday for LVP flooring, which was appreciated because we just bought a house and it’s vacant and we wanted it done asap! He encouraged me to read his reviews and look at his work. He sent me multiple videos of the flooring I liked that he had done in other houses so I could see the final product. He said his team could do it on Monday and today (Tuesday) they finished!!!! 2 days!!! Danilo and Kaio kept me updated with pictures since I was not at the house. His team of workers, Gabriel, Mauro, and Tiago 1 and 2 lol) worked so hard. My friend was at the property and could not believe how hard they were working to get the job done. They figured out ways to make the weird parts of the house look great! Communication was incredible. I never waited more than a minute or two for responses. I am so excited to have my new floors so fast. I was imagining waiting weeks. I definitely recommend VP for your flooring. No regrets. Take a look at some of these before and after shots. I feel like it’s a new house…🤯

We recently had a pipe break that forced us to replace all of our flooring, and VP Full Remodeling made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. From the very first moment I reached out, Danilo and Kaio were extremely communicative, professional, and reassuring. They walked us through every step and made sure we always knew what to expect.
The installation team—Thiago, Gabriel, and Mauro—did absolutely amazing work. Our new floors are gorgeous and truly transformed the space. They were so respectful of our home, worked around us with no trouble, and even took the time to carefully move our furniture so nothing was disturbed. Their attention to detail shows in every inch of the finished product.
