- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fate as posible, we understand that sometimes budget is very tight but we try to work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a tour to see all areas of concern, we then clean and after cleaning we take one more tour to verify that everything is done and that our customer is very satisfied with a job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been to various seminars that include COVID-19 training.
