MOBILE HOMES
We re-level with longevity in mind. Most contractors/handymen re-level homes on the original SINKING piers. Within a 1-2 years, noticeable settling has begun again. When we re-level a home, we add MORE piers to better distribute the weight. This provides much longer stability. Done as we do will provide many years of stability. Re-leveling does NOT require work every 2-3 years.
Unlike any other foundation contractor, we provide you with narrated:
“BEFORE” videos so you can better understand the circumstances under the home and determine your own level of concern and urgency.
and
“AFTER” videos so you can see the work was completed as discussed and done correctly.
Our pricing is affordable (and almost always significantly lower than the big contractors). We offer outside financing.
