I recently purchased a condo in Kissimmee, FL.
But in the warmer months I live near Boston, MA.
When I purchased the condo it had 4 tenants that we agreed to let stay until the end of 06/30/22.
My tenants called me recently because the HVAC System was not working.
Realizing how hot it is in Fl. during June one can imagine how hard it has to find a HVAC in Fl. to come out the same day.
I called many, many HVAC contractors in the Kissimnee, FL. area.
All were too busy to get to the condo ASAP.
All that changes when I called “Mrs. Busy Bee Air conditioning co.
I got lucky because a woman named Esther at Mrs. Busy Bee answered the phone. Esther was in it. She got a tech out in a few hours.
Although the system was deemed not repairable.
The HVAC system in my unit was a specific style made to fit in a closet on top of the hot water tank. A system somewhat hard to find.
Esther called & called supply shops until she tracked down just one.
Esther had her tech pick up the new unit the same day.
She also got the tech to start the install the next morning. Esther told me they would start around 9:am.
I called the tenants about 9:am to see if the Mrs. Busy Bee tech had arrived?
My tenant told me “The tech had arrived at 7:15 am (I don’t know about FL. But up north near the Boston area that’s very rare to have a contractor show up in time. Never an hour and a 1/2 EARLY 👍
Mrs. Busy Bee had the job dine before noontime. My tenants were very happy & so was I.
If you ever need an HVAC service. Make sure you call Mrs. Busy Bee and ask for Esther.
You will be in good hands.

I asked for a leak evaluation. The person who came out was kind, knowledgeable, personable, and educated me on the company longevity, experience and capabilities. The Mrs. Busy Bee team is amazing. Esther answered all my questions promptly and knowledgeably throughout the entire process. Harry was thorough and honest in his inspection, and he and Hilda made quick work of the old damaged AC. The installation and removal was complete within 1 day. They left everything neat and tidy and showed me how to take care of the new unit. They feel like family. I would definitely use them again.

Hilda did an excellent job and she unclogged the AC Pipe and inspected the whole system and explained very well how the system works and how it should be maintained.

We provide open communication with all our deals from the begin to the end. Provided customers with knowledge about their AC system needs and give the best solution at an affordable cost. We have financial programs to fit all the customers needs with or with our credit
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mrs Busy Bee Air techs went to HVAC school have from 7-25 years of hands on training . Mrs. Busy Bee has a State License and insured.
All of office staffs have business schooling but also have been out in the field and have knowledge of the HVAC process from service, AC Installs, Duct Replacement, and Blow in Insulation.
