I must say, my experience with Josue and Saymol Remodelacion was fantastic. I love the attention to detail he provided and suggestions he made to make our ideas come to life. I contacted Josue for an estimate to paint my dining room and hallway. He was prompt to respond and came out the next day. We agreed on a price and day. He was competitive with other estimates and even better in one case and offered to touch up some other issues at no extra charge. He arrived promptly on time on the day we agreed and was very efficient and proficient with his work. He cleaned up everything very well including sweeping and vacuuming. He even put all of my switch plate and outlet covers back for me. And as a last offer, when there was a little extra paint left, he offered to paint the trim in my dining room at no extra charge. He went above and beyond and all the work was completed in one day. Highly recommend him and would hire him again.

Josue was amazing! I had bought paint to do my master bedroom and wanted to get it done quickly. He came the next day to Tampa from Orlando. He painted everything - ceilings, walls, baseboards. When he was almost done I realized my master bath was going to look boring after the transformation just done on my bedroom so I went and grabbed some different paint for my bathroom and he did my entire bathroom as well. Came early every morning and worked all day. I will definitely be hiring him for all future painting jobs. I will come back and add photos when I’m home and able to take some.

Josue responded to a request for some painting. When he arrived as scheduled, he came prepared to do the work for a fair price. Ended up doing a small powder room remodel in addition to painting. He removed pedestal sink, toilet, repainted room and installed new pedestal sink. Great attitude and very good work. I would definitely hire Josue in the future.

Josue did a fantastic job - hired him to paint 12 doors + trim, small kitchenette and refinish a bedframe & nightstand, and as you can see from the photos, he did phenomenal work. He provided a very fair quote for all that work, traveled 2 hrs from Orlando to Tampa for the job, showed up every day on time, and worked 8 hours daily with only a lunch break in the middle. He went above and beyond with covering the floor and all the surrounding areas to prevent overspray, did small bits of extra work to paint small things around the work area that weren't part of the job, and was diligent in making sure that his work was perfect; if it wasn't, he'd go ahead and do a 3rd coat, or perform the necessary touch ups. The work took 2 more days than anticipated, and he was happy to work the extra time without being upset. His quality of work never deteriorated with the project prolonging. He was also a pleasure to talk to and we would absolutely hire him again for our painting needs!
