- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer complimentary in-home consultations and thoughtful written estimates. Once we agree on a budget for your project we charge a design fee that allows us to prioritize your project. It will be a small percentage of the total value of your project (1-5% depending on scope and estimated time involved in the design process).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone call and in-home consultation to discuss your project in detail. After an initial meeting we write up a thoughtful estimate based on your specific needs. Once we have agreed on a budget for your project we charge a small design fee that will be credited toward your final contract. We will then guide you through every step of the design and remodel process and work closely with you to create a space that is unique and fits your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kristin has a degree in Kitchen and Bath design from Seminole State College and has been working in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry for over 18 years in the Orlando area.
