Lawnstarters is ok. They gave me a quote, I requested a date, got several emails, no problem. Day before my scheduled service I received another email saying my service had been completed. Odd. My yard was cut fairly well. Worth the money? Not really but since I didn't have to do it I'll pay again. There's a 3 service minimum but they tell you upfront so no surprises. Customer service has done also. Decent company thus far.

Brent came a day early and completed all work above what was expected. He was very professional and pointed out a few things outside the property that I had not noticed.

The pro that was sent out did not haul all the leaves instead that they were stacked high in our cul-de-sac in front of my HOA directors’s yard, which is frowned upon. Also bags of leaves were left in the yard when specifically asked to remove all. They did come day early. Though it was last minute. Update: company did contact me and made things right.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online on the link above in the profile. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
