Company accepted referral on 3/18/25 and leaf removal was scheduled for 3/21/25. On 3/21/25 when company was no show and no call, called and left message requesting an update. Received text with rationale for not arriving as scheduled. Rescheduled job to Monday 3/24/25. Agreed to send photos. Sunday 3/23/25 received text increasing price from the original quote of $60 to $350 - $400. He did not provide the rationale for HIS price. I offered $250 for leaf removal from my <1/4 acre property. He did not commit to the $250 price on 3/23/25. On 3/24/25, the date the job was to be completed, he declined the $250 for job completion. It is apparent that he was never really interested in the job. All communication on 3/21 and 3/24 was initiated by me. The only communication initiated by the company involved the huge price increase the day before the job was to have been completed. Had him close his referral. Very dissatisfied with interactions.

Terrible ! All seemed good on the original quote and visit , then as soon as paid it all went wrong, I knew I should have waited until after the job was done Let me down on 3 separate days when said he would be there to do the job even though I agreed to pay extra Then left all the debris behind because he said he could no longer do it! Oh and I only found this out after calling him when I arrived at my new address! So basically I pad for him to (badly) trim as tree and move all the yard debris 20ft further down! And now I have had to pay a further $200 to get someone to finish the job…. And they were there and the job done in 1 hour! Absolutely embarrassing
