What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically sell blocks of 5 or 10 sessions so that we have enough time to make the changes and forward progress that has the most impact. I also give military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first meeting we decide the areas that we are going to focus on and the timeline around those items. We then set a scheduled time to meet and begin the process of achieving the goals including: Success, Happiness, Spirituality, Better Life Habits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach with over 500 hours of coaching time logged.
I have a Bachelors of Science, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration(MBA).
I am a Certified NLP(Neuro-Linguistics Programming) Practitioner as well as a Certified NLP Master Practitioner
I am a graduate of iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching).
