I hired Exclusive Tours And Entertainment to drive my daughter and I from Venice to Orlando for a concert. Mr Will was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice and accommodating. It made the whole evening so much easier to not have to drive. Mr. Will is a wonderful driver and knew all of the short cuts and back ways.

As far as planning goes, communications are fair to poor. They do not reach out to you to confirm, question, etc., your plans. It makes a trip more nerve racking then it should be. Since I have not taken that trip yet, I can not state how there services are. If all works as planned, I would be happy to revise my review.

From the beginning the communication was amazing! I was using the tour service for 2 same day trips for a tiki boat birthday party travel arrangements.
