Did have some miscommunication issues at first but these were straightened out. Service to and from airport was right on time, and especially going to airport, smooth trip. Driver was very professional and helpful. Slight problem, due to airport traffic flow in finding driver since he could not park at terminal and had to circle. Knowing we had many luggage pieces, with significant weight to them, had to assist in loading and unloading vehicle. Besides some quirks from airport to home, trip was very good. Would definitely use them again and recommend same, but request different driver than one assigned to take us home.

I hired Exclusive Tours And Entertainment to drive my daughter and I from Venice to Orlando for a concert. Mr Will was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice and accommodating. It made the whole evening so much easier to not have to drive. Mr. Will is a wonderful driver and knew all of the short cuts and back ways.

Rick was great! I hired him for a shuttle service from the local hotel to the wedding venue down the road. He was very communicative and clear. His service was professional and prompt. He provided a great service for my guests. I highly recommend him and his service!!!
