- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our products and services are flat rate pricing with no hidden fees or extras. Prices are upfront and shown before any work is done. For installations where materials are required for installation, a deposit may be required to cover those costs. All other invoices are due on receipt. Financing available. All new customers receive a 10% discount on their first install or repair service.

10+ hand on installation of CCTV and IP based camera and alarm systems. Manufacturer specific trainings (Dahua, Hikvision, Wisenet, Genetec) Florida BASA/FASA certified Loss Prevention Foundation (LPQ Qualified)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Purchased an analog Swann DVR system when I graduated high school and found it fun to install it. Continued installing systems for friends and family as the technology began to be more accessible. Eventually learned about enterprise level systems and hardware
