- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at LM Artistry when a customer reaches out to us we take the time to listen to their needs fully and figure out how we can accommodate those needs with the budget in mind. Once a deposit is made we begin a extensive process of helping to make sure that the services requested are top notch by searching and discussing looks and products, going over skin types and any concerns. making sure that the day of you are stress free and ready for your application.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
go for quality over quantity. i realize there will always be a budget and there are a lot of us out there with amazing quality that will work with/ around your budget. I advise to never lower the quality of your look because there is a cheaper price attached. Find some one who fits your style, and requirements, and who also has experience in what you are asking for as the client.
