- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When people contact me for math tutoring, they usually fall in one of two categories: they need help immediately for a test or course completion or they need to review some concepts they may have missed. So I will handle my customer's immediate needs while providing lots of practice opportunities to make sure the concept has been mastered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been tutoring math for over 25 years...(don't worry...I'm definitely not old and stodgy). I started tutoring fellow students when I was in high school and then I ran a tutoring center when in college. I've been tutoring students in math ever since. I love it!
