- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. Must of the time we work with clients insurance so they do not have to pay out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually do a free consultation and visit the new customer house to better assess there needs. Must of the time new customer are not sure about the extend of there problem so we help them pin point it so we do not charge for unnecessary work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Industry Certifications including Water Damage, Mold, Fire, Odor and more. Numerous Licenses for Environmental Engineering, Inspections and remediation work.
