We had an excellent experience with ZeroMold!I scheduled a consultation due to what I thought was visible mold in my bathrooms, and was concerned about health impacts. When Patrick arrived he was incredibly honest and told me the mold in my bathrooms was not a health issue, and advised me how to treat it on my own. As he continued his thorough inspection, he did find mold in my AC unit, which was so disgusting and I was immediately anxious about the health impacts on my family.Patrick was incredibly honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we fully understood the process. We were especially impressed with how quickly he was able to schedule the remediation, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. In addition to remediating the issues with the AC, Patrick also treated the mold in my bathrooms, and all for an extremely fair price.I would highly recommend Patrick and ZeroMold!

We had an awful smell coming from our guest bathroom that we were sure was mold or mildew. I contacted ZeroMold. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I received a text message confirming the appointment and another when the technician was on his way to our house. The technician showed up on time was professional, courteous and friendly. He got right to work testing. He found and resolved the problem quickly. I couldnt be happier with the company or the technician. I highly recommend them and will call them again if the need ever arises.
